Our priority is to process an order correctly and deliver it quickly. We strive for speed, but the actual delivery time always depends on transporters, our stocks and our suppliers.

Deliveries in the Netherlands are normally delivered within 1 to 2 working days and in Europe within 2 to 3 working days. However, there are always circumstances that prevent the expected delivery time from being met. You must always take this into account when ordering something.

For example, due to public holidays, during the summer period, Christmas and New Year’s Eve or in the event of calamities in a certain region as a result of which delivery is temporarily not possible.

Daily deliveries

We send packages every day with PostNL, DHL and DPD. We do our utmost to have your shipment delivered the next working day. We do not send packages on weekends.

Collection of Products

If you want to pick up products, we kindly ask you to order the products online in advance and pay online. This prevents waiting times and invoicing is fully automated. You will automatically receive an email when the order is ready for collection.
