What should I do if I can no longer pair via Bluetooth?

The Bluetooth connection between your phone and your device can sometimes freeze. Annoying. Maybe you can quickly solve this problem yourself. There are two ways to solve this.

  1. Disconnect your phone and your device. In addition, delete the available Bluetooth connections on both devices. Search for your system again via phone and pair it again. Often the problem has already been solved.
  2. If you use an Android-controlled system, performing a RESET is often the solution. There is a small RST button on your device. You can operate this with a paper clip. Hold this for 10 sec. pressed. The device will then restart. In many cases this solves the problem.

Can I connect a navigation system that I purchased from Car Audio Limburg myself?

We are asked this question almost every day. It is difficult to give a clear answer to that. One thing is certain. Compared to the past, installing a navigation system has not become easier. The car’s dashboard often has to be taken into account, so that various electronic accessories continue to work, such as the steering wheel function or the original USB.

Nowadays navigation systems are also much more extensive than before, which means that more needs to be connected than expected. If you have any doubts, inquire in advance about the options. Car Audio Limburg is happy to advise you. We make a suitable quotation and plan professional installation. This way you are assured of the warranty on the device and installation.

How can I connect my WiFi to my system?

If your device has a WiFi dongle or built-in WiFi module, it can be linked to an internet connection.

This can be done via the Hotspot of your phone or with your home network. We often see that the home network connection is less stable than the Hotspot on the phone. If you go to WiFi under settings on your device, you will find all available networks there. Click on the desired connection and enter the password. A WiFi icon will then appear at the top right and you are connected.

For Android devices, you must first create a Google Account before you can access the Play Store. You will also be asked about this if you are in the Playstore. This can also be done via the settings->create account option. If this does not work, please contact us.

What about the warranty if I installed it myself?

You have a 1-year warranty on overseas products. On European products 2 years. Once we have installed the device, you will also receive a 1-year warranty on installation. If you installed it yourself, you only have a warranty on the device. If a defect turns out to have been made during your own installation, this may have consequences for your warranty. So keep in mind that you always mount the device correctly. This prevents disappointments.

Have you made a purchase online and are you dissatisfied or have you changed your mind?

As a customer, you then have the option to return the order within 14 days, provided the product meets the return conditions. If this has been met, you will of course receive the purchase amount back. However, the return costs are for your own account.

Why not free shipping?

We do our utmost every day to offer our products as competitively as possible. Many companies include shipping costs in their products. To remain as transparent as possible, we have chosen not to do this. We ship orders over €100 for FREE. We charge shipping costs for cheaper orders.

Is it possible to collect my order in the showroom?

It is of course possible to pick up your order. You will receive a message from us when the order is ready.

Which speakers are best for me?

Depending on your choice of music, type of car, desired result and budget, we have various beautiful speaker brands in our program. If you have certain wishes, visiting our showroom is a good option. Here we can clearly show you the differences through a demonstration. And we can give you advice without obligation.

Do I also receive a warranty on installation?

Car Audio Limburg gives you a 1-year warranty on the work carried out.

Do I need to make an appointment to view your showroom?

Our showroom is open daily from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. If you have a specific question or would like to receive a quote, it is more convenient to make an appointment. Then we can also make time for you.

My product is not listed. What now?

We work hard every day to keep our webshop as complete as possible. It may sometimes happen that a product is not shown in our webshop. Sorry about this! Please feel free to contact us.

I am interested in a product, but my car type is not listed. Will this fit?

In this case it is best to fill in the contact form. We will be happy to find out for you whether it is possible in your car.

As a foreign company, can I also purchase from you without VAT?

Foreign companies can buy products from us without VAT. We need a valid VAT number for this.

Do I also have to pay for an examination with you?

We charge a standard investigation rate of €79 incl. VAT if we have identified the problem in your car within 1 hour. If a problem arises that cannot be found within this time frame, we will have to make a new appointment and/or calculate the time we spend on the investigation on a subsequent calculation at €79 incl. VAT/hour.
